SkyAxis Elevators follows a structured, multi-level support model to guarantee fast troubleshooting, minimal downtime, and maximum reliability.

L1 – Basic Troubleshooting by Building Staff
If the elevator shows minor issues (door not closing, overload indication, etc.), the building staff can follow simple steps in the user/troubleshooting manual to resolve basic problems.
Most small faults get fixed at this stage.

If the issue continues, customers can report it through:

  • Toll-free customer support

  • WhatsApp support

  • Email

  • AMC service portal (if available)

Our team logs the complaint and assigns the nearest technician.

L2 – Remote Technical Assistance
Our technical team performs remote checks such as:

  • Error code interpretation

  • Controller status verification

  • Guiding building staff or security on quick checks

  • Reset instructions (if safe)

Many issues can be resolved without a site visit.

L3 – Onsite Troubleshooting & Repair
If remote resolution is not possible, the nearest certified SkyAxis technician is sent to your location with the required tools and spare parts.

Onsite support includes:

  • Detailed fault diagnosis

  • Repair/replacement based on AMC type

  • Safety inspection after repair

  • Test runs to ensure smooth functioning

Commercials (AMC / Non-AMC)

Billing is handled as per your contract:

  • Under Warranty → No charges for covered repairs

  • Under AMC → Charges depend on plan type (Comprehensive / Non-Comprehensive)

  • Non-AMC → Visit charges + parts replacement charges apply

A detailed invoice is generated accordingly.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

After issue resolution, the technician performs an RCA to identify:

  • What caused the fault

  • Preventive measures

  • Whether future upgrades or part replacements are required

We also document the learning internally to avoid repeated faults.

Monthly Service Scheduled

Our system automatically schedules your monthly maintenance visit as per your AMC plan. Customers receive a call/SMS/WhatsApp reminder prior to the visit.

Technician Arrives Onsite

A certified SkyAxis elevator technician arrives at the building at the scheduled time. They follow strict safety protocols before entering the machine room or elevator shaft.

Preventive Maintenance Checklist

A complete monthly service includes inspections of:

  • Machine room equipment

  • Controller & panel health

  • Motor & brake systems

  • Door operation (mechanical + sensors)

  • Cabin ride quality

  • Wiring, indicators & safety circuits

  • Oil/greasing/lubrication points

  • Guide rails, rollers & door tracks

  • Emergency alarm, intercom & safety devices

All checks follow the SkyAxis standard service checklist.

Cleaning & Calibration

Technicians perform essential housekeeping and adjustments:

  • Cleaning control panels & machine room

  • Greasing and lubrication

  • Tightening bolts & electrical connections

  • Sensor alignment

  • Brake adjustment

  • Load balancing check (where applicable)

This ensures smooth and quiet elevator operation.

Test Runs & Functional Verification

After servicing, the elevator undergoes:

  • Multiple door open/close cycles

  • Full travel run from bottom to top

  • Checking leveling accuracy

  • Passenger safety test

  • Emergency features test

Any irregularities are corrected immediately.

Service Report & Recommendations

A detailed report is provided to the customer including:
